After a design is verified and agreed upon, the project moves into the production phase. Caprock’s molding capabilities can handle any job from 40 to 500 tons in a climate-controlled environment for consistent process control.

In order to stay on the cutting edge of technical capability and efficiency, the equipment at Caprock Manufacturing is continually updated or replaced with the latest technology available.

Caprock excels at molding virtually all thermoplastics, including elastomers, fiber reinforced and conductive materials and has vast experience with UL products.

Specialties include overmolding and inseat molding. Most presses are equipped with robotic part extractors and conveyors for automatic operation and consistent quality.
